Position Summary: The PEAK work at home customer service specialist receives incoming telephone calls and assists customers to complete various tasks through a computer interface. This is a Customer Service position with no sales requirement. All applicants must live in the greater Kansas City area.

• Agents should plan to work between 20-40 hours per week following the completion of training.

• Candidates must be able to attend training for approximately 4 continuous weeks on a fulltime basis in Olathe, Kansas.

Home Work Space Requirements:

• The home office must provide a quiet workspace free from background noise.

• Work at home agents must provide a telephone “land line” and HIGH SPEED internet in their home. Cellular telephone service is not acceptable.
